Inconsistent usage in Installing and Running book

Description

There should be consistent related to sysV vs systemd.  Most sections use systemd.

Page 28, Connect to Configuration Manager says...

sudo /opt/HPCCSystems/sbin/hpcc-run.sh -a hpcc-init status  (-a will cause sysV while commands surrounding that section use systemd)

Please search for this in other books, too.

So everything up to this point in the book, in regards to starting and stopping a system, has used calls to a single node. There is a reference on page 26 that will point the user to the section on hpcc-run.sh if they want to run these commands across an entire cluster. I'd suggest that we

  • replace the hpcc-run.sh command on page 28 with the systemd call `sudo systemctl list-dependencies hpccsystems-platform.target`

  • add a link to the hpcc-run.sh section that points to the -a --action usage that is available on sysV boxes.
