Add multiple choices for "suspended" filter on Published Queries tab

Description

It would be useful if a user could filter all non-suspended queries only (Not suspended by user or cluster). Currently users can only filter by: all suspended, suspended by user, not suspended by user.

Conclusion

1. all queries
2. Not suspended
3. Suspended
4. Suspended by roxie
5. Suspended by user

something like:

4. suspended by first node

5. suspended by any node

6. suspended by user

Perhaps for this we should choose performance over absolute accuracy and only check one node?  or provide two levels of filtering... check one node or check all nodes.  Users could then decide performance vs accuracy.

To get all of the suspended queries, ESP has to ask roxie about the query states for all queries on all roxie nodes. Is there a performance concern?
