Changes to logical files page:

The Icon for Filtering has been updated, no visual change but we now report a file warning via a color change to "orange red" and display a file limit warning by hovering over the filter icon. 

Icon will remain red when browsing logical files, and will change to blue if the user reduces the amount of files returned. The Icon will change back to red if the user clears their filter on environments that exceed the 100000 file warning limit.
