Install SQS plugin fails in 7.8.2-1

Description

Install plugin SQS 7.8.2-1 on top of 7.8.2-1 platform fails (probably in 7.8.0-1 as well) :

Unpacking hpccsystems-plugin-sqs (7.8.2-1) ...
