Allow data data to go in a different location to hpcc data

Description

Currently in bare metal system, the data data is placed in the same mount as the data on the nodes.  That may not always be the preferred setup.  When testing allowing hpcc data to be stored on azure blobs it definitely isn't the right implementation.
