Currently, if you define a function and publish it, any parameter without a default value creates a stored variable with a default value of blank.  Thinking about it, it would be even better if if created a stored variable for each parameter, and if it had a default use the it as the default for the stored.  I should also change it so the case of the parameter is preserved in the stored variable name.
