Introduce or change jlog's jobid field to a string field

Description

To track logs that are associated with a particular job, we need to log a job id field entry.
Jlog already has a jobid field type, but it's designed to be a uint64 at the moment.

It has never been used.
This JIRA is to repurpose it to be a string field, so that we can use the wuid as a job id.
