A few minor changes:

• Always output counts for opcodes, so easier to compare different queries.

• Use the sequence number (if available) as the basis for unique ids.

• Remove exports from the regenerated ecl - because they make it much harder to spot differences.

All helped when looking at latest performance improvements.
