Default number of target spray parts to size of largest Thor (numWorkers)

Description

Currently spraying to a target plane defaults to an unpartitioned 1 part logical file.
That means any Thor reading it (that's >1 worker) will be heavily skewed when reading as only 1 worker will read any data.

The default can be changed on a per plane basis, by setting defaultSprayParts (this is not set by default in our stock values yaml). In it's absence 1 is the default.

A sensible (higher) default may be to pick the size of the biggest Thor in the setup.
