Make ecl command '--poll' parameter configurable via config file.

Description

If HPCCSystems running in Azure AKS and executing a longer run workunit then the communication between the client system and the AKS can be broke after a while. (See HPCC-26453)

To avoid that we can use '–poll' parameter with ecl command.

To achieve this it need to:

  • add 'usePoll' to ecl-test.json

  • add code to manage the 'usePoll' when assembly ecl command line

  • based on using  '–poll' parameter with ecl command generates some extra lines in the output/result of the test they are need to be filtered out.
