Azure LB causes TLS layer to generate errors

Description

The azure load balancer does a socket connect/disconnect which causes the TLS layer to generate the following errors. Because this situation is so common, and there will always be environments that use the basic azure lb configuration, it would be best if the HPCC TLS socket layer did not log these errors at all.

"SSL_accept returned -1, SSL_get_error=1, error - error:0A000126:SSL routines::unexpected eof while reading"

I actually don't think this change is in 8.12.50 ?
It should be in the next release - 8.12.52
