get annotated FQDN from service definition for dafilesrv services (e.g. directio)

Description

Currently the directio service is looked in k8s and returned as part of the DFS file meta info, such that clients know what to connect to.
However, if the k8s environment is configured with FQDN's the services may be annotated with FQDN and these should be returned instead.
Not least because the certificates that clients will need to be used will be based on the service name and domain name.
