Allow global comoponent annotations to defined + add missing dafilesrv annotation generation

Description

Add a global 'componentAnnotations' section, that can be used to define annotations that should be applied to all components.
Common up generation function, that merges global with component level definitions.
Add missing annotation generation to dafilesrv + schema.
