Report Roxie agent info/stats when query aborted (time limit exceeded)

Description

To help understand why sometimes a query runs long we should provide as much agent stats/info as possible when query is aborted due to time limit exceeded.

Ideally if abort could optionally wait for agent reply with stats info we could update complete stats, but at least initially if we logged agent stats it would be very helpful.

Its trying to help get more info for things like -

exceeded time limit (4000 ms) - terminated (in item 3)

We don't know what item 3 refers to easily and what specifically took so much time within this part of the code.
