DFU publisher workunit - parent of DFU copy workunits reporting incorrect status

Description

A DFU publisher workunit is created when a packagemap or query is published and the --dfu-copy option is selected.

The DFU publisher workunit is not showing correct status.

In the below example, the parent workunit status was in failed state when there were still child workunits in progress. Some child workunits had failed and some were still copying data.

Requesting a change for parent workunit status to be in either failed or finished state only when all child workunits are complete.
