I am Rohan P H , pursuing my Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering  at R V College of Engineering , Bengaluru , INDIA . Greetings! I'm Rohan P H, currently immersed in the world of Computer Science and Engineering at R V College of Engineering in bustling Bengaluru, India. My journey is not just about coding and algorithms – it's about weaving technology and climate consciousness to pave the way for a brighter future.

During my time here, I've delved into some exhilarating projects that have broadened my horizons. I'm particularly proud of the two departmental projects I spearheaded under the wing of HPCC SYSTEMS. These experiences equipped me with a knack for problem-solving and collaboration while giving me a solid footing in the tech world.

Yet, beyond the lines of code and intricate systems, my heart beats for something greater: our planet's health. The urgent issue of climate change has ignited a passion in me that I can't ignore. My projects often revolve around harnessing the power of technology to tackle environmental challenges head-on. This passion is more than just a fleeting interest; it's a commitment to driving tangible change.

With my academic pursuits and my passion for climate advocacy, I'm crafting a unique path. My hope is to merge the world of computer science with the pressing need for environmental stewardship. I'm driven by the belief that even the smallest steps can lead to significant results. As I navigate my way through the realm of technology and its potential for ecological transformation, I remain unwavering in my mission to create a harmonious coexistence between innovation and our precious planet.

Poster Abstract

Insert Abstract HereIntroduction:
Climate change is a pressing global challenge, and accurately measuring and
analyzing CO2(Carbon Di-Oxide) emissions is crucial in understanding and addressing
this issue. By visualizing emissions data aims to provide valuable insights into each
country's contribution to greenhouse gas emissions and support the development of
effective climate policies and mitigation strategies.
Objective:
The main objective of this project is to use HPCC Systems®, an open-source
big data analytics platform, for visualizing CO2 emissions per capita of different
countries. By addressing the challenges in data collection, integration, and
visualization, we seek to provide a comprehensive understanding of the global carbon
footprint and facilitate informed decision-making towards sustainable practices.
Methodology:
This project focuses on leveraging HPCC Systems to address the challenges
associated with visualizing CO2 emissions of different countries. The first step
involves collecting reliable CO2 emissions data from reputable sources and
preprocessing it to ensure consistency and handle missing values. By using HPCC
Systems' Visualization bundle, the preprocessed data can be integrated and managed
efficiently, thanks to the platform's distributed file management and data indexing
capabilities. The comparative visualization aspect enables side-by-side analysis of
CO2 emissions for different countries. The interactive visualizations created with
HPCC Systems allow users to compare emissions levels, territorial contributions, and
per capita emissions, facilitating the identification of best practices. By leveraging
HPCC Systems, this project aims to provide valuable insights into global emissions
patterns and trends
